This guide will walk you through the steps of getting started with your RadReport account and creating your first radiology reports. It also includes resources to help you fully understand the features of RadReport
Visit the RadReport web application and navigate to the login page.
Click "Create Account – it’s Free."
Enter your Full Name, Email, and Country in the provided fields.
Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Check the box next to "I agree to RadReports's EULA, Privacy Policy, and BAA."
Important: Check the box next to "I’m a professional health provider." This step is crucial for account access.
Click "Create Account" to proceed.
A Magic Link will be sent to the email address you provided.
Click the Magic Link in the email to verify your account. You will be redirected to the password creation page.
Set a strong password following the guidelines (e.g., must include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters).
Once your password is set, you can log into your account.
Select your Speciality and Subspecialty from the available list.
Navigate to the "New Report" module within the RadReport Web App.
Select a template from the RRG Templates section or use the search bar to find the desired template.
Click “Start Recording” to begin recording your audio for the report. A real-time transcript will be generated as you speak.
Once the recording is complete, click “End Recording” to stop. Alternatively, you can choose to upload an existing audio file if you prefer.
The real-time transcript will be available in the Transcript & Audio section, where you can review and make edits.
Review the automatically generated report. You have the options to copy, edit, or send report.
You can regenerate the report by clicking on “Regenerate” or “Regenerate with Additional Information”.
Navigate to the "New Report" module within the RadReport Web App.
Click "Create Radiology Procedure Report" to initiate the report creation process.
Proceed to Step 1: Imaging Guidance Used and choose the appropriate modality (e.g., CT-Guided, MRI-Guided, Ultrasound-Guided).
Move to Step 2: Select type of procedure performed and pick the relevant category: Diagnostic Procedures, Therapeutic Procedures, Placement and Management Procedures.
Click “Done” to confirm your selections and proceed to the Radiology Procedure Report Dictation Guide.
Click “Start Recording” to begin recording your audio for the report. A real-time transcript will be generated as you speak.

Click "Create Intervention Radiology Report" to initiate the process.
Choose the appropriate anatomical region under Catheterization Areas: Head & Neck, Thorax, Gastrointestinal System, Genitourinary System. Extremities, Endocrine System, Vascular System, etc.
Once selected, proceed to Step 2.
Under Step 2, select the type of intervention performed: No Intervention Performed (if applicable). Interventions [Cardiac]: Includes options like Stenting, Angioplasty, Thrombectomy, etc. Additional options for other systems such as Embolization or Chemotherapy Delivery.
Confirm your selections by clicking "Done".
Vascular and Interventional Radiology Report Dictation Guide will appear.
Click “Start Recording” to begin recording your audio for the report. A real-time transcript will be generated as you speak.
Once the recording is complete, click “End Recording” to stop. Alternatively, you can choose to upload an existing audio file if you prefer.
