🔥
Why Use the NeuroCareAI Site Machine?
- Service Reliability: Network infrastructure changes can disrupt service. It's recommended that clinical imaging sites maintain their DICOM server separately and connect to the NeuroCareAI Machine for uninterrupted service. Meanwhile, the NeuroCareAI site machine connects to the cloud.
- Improved Speed: The NeuroCareAI site machine is optimized for low latency and increased upload speeds, even in low-bandwidth settings.
- Separation of Responsibilities: NeuroCareAI directly handles updates and maintenance of the site machine.
- Enhanced Cybersecurity: The site machine meets critical cybersecurity requirements, ensuring a secure platform.
- Future-Ready: It enables AI inference on edge devices, making it a forward-thinking solution.

NeuroCareAI Site Machine: Minimum System Requirements
Standard Integration (Preferred Pathway)
- Utilize your existing DICOM server
- Acquire a new machine to set up as a NeuroCareAI Site machine
- Integrate with our platform for a streamlined experience
Direct Cloud Integration [Not Recommended]
- Leverage your existing DICOM server
- Connect directly to NeuroCareAI cloud servers for real-time data exchange
- Eliminate the need for on-site NeuroCareAI Site machine

Steps for Integration With Site Machine
Preparing Site Machine for Integration
Create a Bootable Usb from above downloaded ISO
Download NeuroCareOS on the Site Machine from here
Installation of Anydesk in your Windows so we can access your network for final setup:
Connecting Site Machine to Hospital WorkStation
- Connect the Site Machine to the Hospital Workstation and internet router using 2 LAN cables.
- Confirm CT scanner/hospital DICOM server and Site Machine are on the same internet network.
Configuring NeuroCareAI DICOM Server with Hospital DICOM Server
Coordinate a call with our integration engineer and your technical personnel for DICOM-to-DICOM server integration.
- Set up AnyDesk remote access to your system during the call.
- To connect the Site DICOM server to the NeuroCareAI DICOM server, the following details of the Site DICOM server are required:
- IP Address
- Port
- Username
- Password
Testing the Integration
- Test the system to verify seamless data flow from the Site DICOM Server to the NeuroCareAI DICOM server and NeuroCareAI Cloud for AI-based processing.
- Ensure proper integration by testing the system.
- Our team will create an admin account for your site and provide training on using our mobile application.
